Kentaro to stage Brazil vs. Republic of Ireland at the Emirates Stadium on March 2

London, January 19 - Kentaro is delighted to announce that the Emirates Stadium has been chosen as the venue for the international friendly clash between Brazil and the Republic of Ireland. The match, which is part of Kentaro’s global Brazil World Tour, will kick off at 8:05 pm on March 2.

Sweden Winter Tour stops in Oman and Syria

Muscat, January 18 – The Swedish national team will play two friendly matches in the Middle East this week. The annual winter tour, which is exclusively organised and marketed by Kentaro, features a meeting with Oman on January 20 as well as a match against Syria three days later.

Kentaro prolongs deal with Swedish Football Associations

Stockholm, January 12 – Following a competitive tender process, Kentaro is pleased to announce that it has prolonged its agreement with the Swedish Football Associations Svenska Fotbollförbundet (SvFF), Föreningen Svensk Elitfotboll (SEF) and Elitföreningen Damfotboll (EFD) regarding the licensing of the media rights to all Swedish Football for the years 2011 to 2015. Kentaro has sublicensed selected media rights to the TV4 Group.

Kentaro to organise Brazil vs. Republic of Ireland in March 2010

London, December 22 - Kentaro, after reaching an agreement with the FAI, will organise an international pre-World Cup friendly between Brazil and the Republic of Ireland at the beginning of March 2010. Having arranged numerous glamour friendly matches on neutral territory (such as England-Argentina in Geneva, Brazil-Italy in London or England-Brazil in Doha), Kentaro is currently looking at several venues in the UK and Ireland to propel the match onto a world stage.

Jonathan Hill joins Kentaro as Chief Operating Officer

London, December 9 – Former Group Commercial Director of The FA, Jonathan Hill, is to join Kentaro at the start of the new year. Hill joins as Chief Operating Officer of the Kentaro Group, the world's fastest growing sports rights agency, specialising in the acquisition and distribution of premium football television and sponsorship rights, and he will be based in London.
